The ABS NOPON disc diffuser system SUCOFLOW DS 20 is the latest extension of the well-known ABS
NOPON diffuser range. The large active surface area guarantees superior oxygen transfer efficiency.
The combination of high efficiency and simple coupling system makes it an excellent choice for small
and medium size grids and perfect for retrievable systems.
Benefits
– The perforation of the EPDM membrane of the
ABS NOPON disc diffuser system SUCOFLOW
DS 20 is carried out in a specially developed
process that optimizes the spacing and mini-
mizes the bubble coalescence
– The robust fiberglass support plate makes the
diffuser indestructible. A built-in non return
valve gives additional safety to the operator
when the air flow is interrupted, preventing
sludge infiltration into the piping system.
– All materials used in the SUCOFLOW DS 20 are
environmentally harmless.
– Using the threaded fiberglass connector the
SUCOFLOW DS 20 is quick and easy to
install on all types of pipe. No site welding is
needed. PVC, PP and SS are the most common
solutions for the piping system.
Special applications
– The SUCOFLOW DS 20 disc diffuser is ideal for
high density aeration systems and perfectly suit-
able for retrievable systems.
– Thanks to it’s unique characteristics it can be
supplied as part of a complete aeration system,
as per the ABS NOPON traditional concept, or
delivered loose to be installed on locally made
distribution grids.
