Samsung SGH-E370 firmware update procedure
Pre-requisite:
•
OneNAND phone downloader program
•
Required firmware file/s from AnySVC website
•
Correct jig box and cable options, connections as below:

PSU
Power supply
cable

Jig Box

Data cable
USB to Serial
Adaptor and cable
Plugged into SDS D/L

NOTE: GH80-03306A

1.
Open the OneNAND downloader program
2.
Set the COM port that the jig box is connected to and set the speed to the highest
value. Ensure that the “BIN + TFS check option is selected:

Click on the “BIN…” button and select the appropriate “CLA” file for the product

Click on the “TFS…” button and select the appropriate “TFS” file for the product
NOTE:
Using the wrong CLA and TFS files will result in the software upgrade failing, and
could also corrupt the phone memory. Select the right files for the product and also the
matching the TFS files. They are always downloading together from the AnySVC site.

Click on the “START” button. When Prompted in the dialogue box, power on the
handset by flicking the ON/OFF switch on the jig box:

The OneNAND downloader will check the Flash ID of the connected handset. When
the pop-up window appears, click “OK”
7.
Click on the “Download” button. The software upgrade process will begin.
